My book is about signs and the signs of your birthday. U don't really know of any movies about hat but I do not a song. The song is called signs and its by Beyonce. In the song she talks about how she want her sign to be like she wants her man to be sexy like a scorpio. That has something to do with my book because in the book it says scorpios are very sexy and passionate when they are in a relationship. The main idea of my book is to let you get to know your self. and the theme is for you to get a better understanding of yourself.

ReplyDeletei think the movie The Wrestler is a movie that goes along with the main i dea and the theme of the book Cheating Death Stealing Life. both of these books and movies are about wrestlers. Cheating Death Steling Life is a book about a mexican wrestler named Eddie Guerrero who died in 2005 of an overdose. the movie The Wrestler is about a wrestler who must retire but tries to make a life for himself despite the difficulties. i think the main i dea for both would be a wrestler who has shown that he can put up with the best of them soon gets tired out and must give in. and i think the theme would be that no matter what you do if you believe and trust in your abilities yoou can make it to be what ever you want to be in life.

It is similar because at the end of the 2nd movie its a love triangle between two boys and a girl.Which is the same ending of the book named Forget me not by: Coleen Murtagh Paratore.What i like about this topic is dating and how two boys like the same girl.It makes the book intersting to see whats going to happen in the next book.Which of corse i cant wait to read.The movie named All Dogs go to Heaven is a similar theme to my book because in the movie there is this boy who runs away from home and 2 dogs from heavon come down to Earth and find him to try to take him back to his parents. The boy refuses to go find his parents. Finily he goes to his parents and i cant remember which but its either 1 or both of the dog/or dogs got a second chance at living on Earth. The boy got to keep the dog/ or dogs.

ReplyDeleteThe movie Outsiders is similar to my book because Jonny and pony boy had to hide for pony boy’s brother. In the book among the brave, trey has to hid from the police. I think that it is a good topic because it tells you that trey, Jonny and pony boy has to hide from people. The movie Outsiders has the same theme of Among the Brave because Jonny and Pony boy can’t be scared that pony boy’s brother might find them. The theme of the book is that trey is scared that the police might find him and takes him away.

The themes are similar because they talk about how the game is tough and to win you have to be a team and that the game is about teamwork. Theame makes it more interesting because it tells you how the book is going to have a reacurrence in situations and how the book could be layed out.

The theme in harry potter is don't do more that you can handle same thing for my book. The theme makes it interesting because they usually don't follow the theme.

They are similar because their both about a young girl who visits one of their seperated parents over the summer and falls in love.I like the topic because i like romace books.This theme makes the book and movie more interesting because i think the girls falling in love, like the moment when they realize what is happening, it really makes the book/movie.

ReplyDeleteThe Blind Side has the smilar main idea to my book The Christmas Shoes. They are similar because both have the main idea as give to the needy. In The Blind Side a rich family takes in a young man that has no place to be or sleep. They give him clothes to wear, a place to sleep, and food to eat. The also get the young man into football and on a football scalorship. In my book theirs the kid named Nathan who is 10 years old with a mom that is dying and he wants to get her these shoes that reminded her of when she was a girl so that she could were them in heaven. Nathan saves up all his money for the shoes gets to the register and is five dollars short so the man was nice enough to give the boy $5 for his moms christmas shoes that she can wear when she dances in heaven with Jesus. I like this topic because it is sweet and caring but also bold and heart renching all at the same time.

ReplyDeleteMy books main idea is about John Wilkes Booth and how he was getting away from Washington DC after killing the President. I think a good movie that would go with that is an old western movie. Like the ones where people are getting away on horseback. A movie that would go good with the theme is the first Transformers. I think this because the autobots get help from the humans just like how the union soldiers get help from the citizens.

ReplyDeleteMy book's theme, Maximum Ride: The Final Warning, can be associated with the movie, "Remember the Titans." Even though the movie is about football and fighting discrimination and the book is about saving the world, i feel they both give off the same message or theme. They both say that everyone needs help somewhere along the road and together your task can be completed. The theme makes the book and the movie better because, beside following a story line, it gives off antoher story of sticking together and fighting off xenophobics who hate different people.
There isn't a movie that has the same main idea of mutant bird kids saving the world from eveil. So i'll tell you the main idea. The main idea is a group of kids that are captured by an evil corperation. This corperation infuses other DNA with theirs. In their case it was bird DNA. Over time the grow wings and other abilities fit for saving the world. In the end they save the world from mass destruction! :]

ReplyDeleteMy book the Killing the Dead has a rushy main character who always jumps into the action without thinking. I think a good movie that would fit this book is I-Robot. Will Smith is always rushing into the action and doesn't think of how to catch the robots fighting them. Later in the story though he figures out to plan before you go.

ReplyDeleteIn the book I am reading, the main characters parents died and she transfered to a different school because everyone was making fun of her. This stopped her from accomplishing her dreams and finishing high school. Eventually she got back on tract with her life and graduated. The theme is to not let one little thing stop your from doing whatever you want. The movie this reminds me of is "Raise Your Voice." In the movie, the girl had dreams of being a singer, but when her brother died, that all changed. Eventually she got into a special singing group, and graduated high school.

Then this new girl, from a foreign country, comes to their school and starts to show an intrest in Derrick, who Massie likes. So, the main idea in this book, so far, is Massie trying to get this one boy like her before the other girl does. A movie that goes along with the main idea is "Mean Girls" because it has the same type of problem in the movie. Now, the theme of my book is be who you are, not what someone else is. A movie that goes along with this is the movie "Camp Rock" because this girl wants to be like someone else instead of herself. This is my book's theme and main idea.

ReplyDeleteA movie that is similar to my book is A Walk to Remember. They have the same idea as each other because in both of them someone dies. Also the way they died is a disease. They didn’t die of like a car accident or anything like that. One person died of leukemia and the other person died of a heart problem. I think that this topic is sad because both people were leaving other people behind and those people had to deal with the lose of the two people that died.

That is a book from my series I am reading and it is almost the same general point but Alex get himself into different situations. In my book the theme is stay focus and on course. The movie Inception would be a great example because in the move Inception they need to have a plan and stay focused in there dreams. In my book percy as to get through the labyrinth and prevent luke from using it to get to camp half-blood. In Inception cobb has to find secrets in peoples dreams, by doing that he has to plan ahead.
My books theme is you should be loyal to family. I think this because there a married couple and they buy a dog and there gettin ready to have a kid and the dogs was so bad he trashed the house got kicked outta obedence school and a good movie for this would be the one thats made for it marley and me.

ReplyDeleteA movie that matches Hail Caesar is love and basketball because in the last scene the girl in the movie has to play a game of basketball with the guy she likes to win his heart.And in the book Caesar has to fight to get Eva. And Caesar also plays basketball. The theme goes with the movie too. The theme is love always wins. Because Caesar gets to be with Eva. And at the end of the movie the girls loses the game but the guys loves her anyway.
