What time and place does your book present? How does it make the book better or worse? Is it interesting learning about a new place or time period from the one you live in? How might this help broaden our awareness of others?
Tyler Hillerman The time my book takes place in is modern day europe and in parts of london and france. i think it makes the book better to read because i have seen pictures of those places and can imagine where the character is. It is also very helpful in a way because the author makes a good image in my head about the setting. Also the Character travels to many places in the book as well.
Shawn Drennen my book is took during the 2000s and is in the ghetto areas of new york. This gives the book a more adventourous setting. yes because there is a lot of violence and drama and relats to how they live down there. this helps people learn from others mistakes.
my book represents current time. it makes the book better because it is talking about now and places i know about. im reading in my current time period. It would help broaden awareness by just showing what certain issues were like in other time periods.

It is interesting to learn about different places because it makes the world more understanding on ideals. Nicole Van; <3 My book takes place in modern day in Hollywood California. It makes the book better knowing there are stars and famous people in the book. Yes it is interesting learning about Hollywood but you don't really learn about the background of it. It should make people realize that no one is perfect no matter how pretty, famous, rich they are no one will ever have it so easy. People will have problem just because they don't have money problems really dones't make them at different from us.
The time and place for my books setting is inthe 1980s and in calafornia. The setting is interesting because in calfornia at this time people were just starting to come up with a new sport it was called skaterboarding.
Sarah Fernandez My book takes place in ww2. It makes the book better because they would not be where they are if the war was not going on.You don't really get to learn about it because the move to Narnia so fast.i think it makes me thing of other by knowing what they when through.
Kevin Cleary My book doesn't tell what time. It takes place at Charlie bone's house, and his school. He stays at the school until the weekend. If they get in trouble they have to stay there for Saturday too. Everything else seems the same as it does now.
my book is taking place in korea. it is the korean war. it is about 1956 and where the troops are at are in the woods and it kind of leaves them with the feeling there being watched by someone or something.i think that learning about other countries is cool but sometimes boring. this makes you look at how people are diffrent from you and how you are different to others.
brittany thompson,my book takes place in the fall and in like a frm area where you can grow crops. its makes the book better by having the setting that is like lancaster the place i love to go to visit with my grandparents. i do think its intereseting place to learn about because its way different from what i live in. this lets people see different setting and how there region is different from ours.

My book takes place in the 21st century and it takes place at a high school. It makes it better because there are friends and others there. New places can be fun to learn about if you are interested in the place and they things around it.
